Mondial College Nijmegen visits Overloon War Cemetery

Over the past few days, we welcomed around 200 students from Mondial College Leuvensbroek in Nijmegen to Overloon War Cemetery. After visiting the Overloon War Museum, we told them about the servicemen buried in the cemetery, about the Battle of Overloon and the long journey most of them had already made before they lost their lives and were buried here.

While completing the assignments they were given, many questions were asked, and we could see that this was not just a location for an excursion, but a place that touched them and made them think.

It was a pleasure for us to welcome such a promising group of young people as our first event in 2026.
