The signet ring he will never wear

The signet ring had originally been bought by his twin brother Dennis as a gift for his brother for his 21st birthday. On that birthday, Eric Gower was at war somewhere on the continent and unfortunately never received the gift.

His twin brother Dennis wore the ring until his death and now Eric Gower wears it, his nephew, namesake and author of his uncle’s biography.
