New chairman
Overloon War Chronicles Foundation

I am pleased to introduce myself as the new chairman of the Overloon War Chronicles Foundation. In this role, I bring a useful combination of experiences. My background as a Lebanon veteran and former Ministry of Defence employee, combined with my positions at the Ministry of Justice and Security and at the Ministry of Internal Affairs, gives me a broad perspective. My administrative experience in the village of Boxmeer, including roles on the Veterans Committee, 4 May Remembrance Day and the District Council, reflects my passion and dedication to our community and keeping our history alive. At the same time, I would like to express my thanks to former chairman Leo Jansen and current board, for their efforts in making the Foundation this success.
